Safety for the implementation of and compliance with HMP's safety policies, safe operating procedures and Safety Management System.
Human Resources for implementation of and compliance with site agreements for employees and sub-contractors.
Management for the provision of necessary management skills to control and co-ordinate operational functions at the site.
Commercial for the preparation of budgets, the reporting of operating statistics and the compilation of monthly claims for each site.
Production for the maximum utilisation and safe operation of equipment necessary to satisfy the needs of HMP's clients and to ensure maximum utilisation of HMP's capital.
Maintenance for the maximum availability and reliability of equipment in accordance with safe maintenance practices and in accordance with the specifications required for the equipment for each site.
Systems for the implementation of an integrated management system for HMP which caters for purchasing, payroll, operating statistics, safety, maintenance planning and operations planning.
Technical for the provision of technical services necessary to coordinate and control site operations including mine planning, survey, scheduling and environmental matters.
Environmental for the implementation of HMP's environmental policies and for the carrying out of work on each site in accordance with the clients environmental requirements.
